| I. Objective
This agreement applies to you and your use of this online photo site owned by TCN Media.
These terms and conditions state your rights, duties, and responsibilities as a user of this website.
II. Definitions
A. “User” refers to non-members of this online photo site who are viewing this site.
B. “Member” shall mean the individual, legal entity or agent entering into this Agreement or any employee or
contractor of such individual, legal entity or agent that edits, manipulates or modifies the Images or are otherwise directly
involved in the creative process including, but not limited to, photo editors, photo researchers, photographers, art directors
or designers. All Members shall only use the images in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
A. We(TCNMedia) reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify
these Terms of Use at any time. Such modifications are effective immediately upon posting.
B. We will inform our members of any modifications made by posting it up on
our main page, stating what was changed and why.
C. Despite our efforts to provide accurate information, this Site may contain technical
or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. Additionally, this Site and its Content
may include historically and culturally important images and text that may contain subjects that
reflect the social attitudes and circumstances of a particular time or location.
A. If you elect to register for an account on this Site, you will be
required to abide by the registration process provided by TCNMedia and agree to the contents of
this agreement.
B. If for whatever reason, you wish to discontinue using our services, you may terminate
this Membership Agreement at any time. Once we receive your request, we will eliminate your account.
C. We categorize our members into photographers and non-photographers. Those who
register as representatives of companies are also put in separate categories.
D. In the event that there is a change in your personal registration
information, you must inform.
E. We reserve the right to terminate the account of members who violate the Terms of Use in the following ways.
a.Using false information during member registration.
b.Member fails to make payment within the given time.
c.Dishonest use of contents, cause of legal disturbance or problems regarding money matters.
We may experience certain problems with the server including interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, server down-time, errors or omissions.

A. We may extend its stock photo market by adding the following methods of buying and selling photos.
In the event that we do, you will be notified.
a.Image printing service
b.Selling various forms of the images. For ex., souvenirs, gifts
c.Mobile image transfer service
d.Selling images through new media
e.Etc.
B. We share all the profits earned through photos with the photographer in a cooperative manner.
A. We must try its best to provide the safest and fastest service possible.
B. It is essential that we maintain a top quality system and does whatever possible to ensure a high member satisfaction level.
A. You hold all responsibility over matters regarding your user name and password.
B. You may not permit another individual to use your account.
C. You must notify immediately of any unauthorized use of your user name, password, and account as well as any other breach of security.
A. The copyright of all content uploaded by Member is retained by Member.
B. We do not represent or make any warranties that it owns or licenses additional copyrights,
property rights, trademarks, etc., nor does it grant them.
C. Images may be subject to additional copyrights, property rights, trademarks etc. and may require the consent of a third party or the
license of these rights. It's your sole responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary rights, consents and licenses for the use of the Image.
A. Photos may be used in printed promotional materials, magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, etc.
B. If you purchased a photo for one usage of a particular purpose, it can only be used once.
C. Members are allowed to use this photo service for a year at a time. If you would like to extend your services with us,
you must extend your license and pay a fee. If not, your license will end automatically.
D. You must notify and get permission to re-use a photo for an additional purpose other than what you paid for.
In the event that you violated this rule, you will be asked to pay a fee.
E. Selling and redistribution of the photo( individually or along with other images) is strictly forbidden and illegal.
Do not share the image with others or you will be faced with criminal charges.
F. Particular images( air photos, fine arts, models, etc.) have a special price scale.
G. You may not use the contents of this photo site in a fashion that is considered by us as or under applicable law is considered pornographic,
obscene, immoral, infringing, defamatory or libelous in nature, or that would be reasonably likely to bring any person or property reflected in the Content into disrepute
H. You may not remove any notice of copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right from any place where it is on or embedded in the photos.
A. Any claims regarding us and your license shall be brought solely in the Federal District Court of Seoul.
B. This Agreement, its validity and effect, shall be solely interpreted, and governed by, the laws of the South Korea.
C. Any other items not covered under this agreement shall follow the conventions laid out under the uniform code of
conducts based on the customary practices associated with commerce.
