I tried searching for a photo I saw in a newspaper but was unable to find it. |

Newsbankimage only recognizes photos
that have copyright permission to be kept in the Newsbankimage database. Although a photo
has been published in a newspaper, the actual owner of the photo needs to upload it to
our site in order for it to come up on our search engine. If it doesn’t appear on the

Who is responsible for matters regarding rights of publicity? |

In the event that problems regarding
rights of publicity arise due to the content of a photo from Newsbankimage, the photo
user will be held responsible, not Newsbankimage. |

What about the photo’s resolution? |
|
|
Newsbankimage displays all of the
information regarding the picture’s resolution and pixels. Therefore, we urge you
to check the photo’s information including it’s size, file space, and resolution
before you decide to download it. |

How do I receive the photos? |
|
|
Once you choose which photo you want,
you will go through the Newsbankimage purchasing process. When you’re through with
the payment and it is approved, it will be in file form in your ‘My Page’, where
you can download the photo. ( You must download the photo within 24 hours of purchase.) |

Is the VAT included in the price? |
|

Newsbankimage includes the VAT in all price calculations. |

Can I purchase the photo’s film? |
|
|
All pictures are taken digitally since 2007 of July.
Therefore, film versions of photos are available for sale if taken before then, but it is impossible
to get any film of photos taken after. Film of photos taken before July of 2007 can be scanned to you
in the size of your choice upon request. |

There was an error during the payment process. |

We offer discounts for people who

How do I use my shopping cart? |

Once you choose the photo of your choice,
select the ‘Add to Cart’ button and it will direct those pictures to your cart.
You can decide which photos you which to purchase out of the items in your cart,
and you can also look up the items by going to your ‘Shopping cart’. |

Can I return what I purchased or get a refund? |
|

Unfortunately, the photos are
in digital format so it is difficult to undergo a proper refund process.
To prevent such problems, we urge that you go over the item you are about
to buy thoroughly before you purchase it. |
